We are a collective of independent mental health practitioners in Barrhaven, Ontario, providing psychology and psychotherapy services to support children, youth, families and adults.

and the office has space available for sublet.

Individual Therapy
We provide talk therapy to individuals aged 12 and up. Services are provided both in-person and online.

Child and Family Therapy
We provide psychotherapy services to children between the ages of 3 to 12 years old.
Play therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps improve children’s thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relationships with self and others. There are many different types of play therapy modalities, and most are based in traditional approaches like Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, etc.

psycho-educational assessments
Conducted by clinical child psychologists, psycho-educational assessments are comprehensive evaluations designed to assess a child’s learning profile, cognitive abilities and psychological well-being.
Tests administered may include: cognitive ability/intelligence tests, memory tests, motor skills tests, neuro-psychological tests, executive functioning tests, nonverbal intelligence tests, and academic achievement tests. It can also assess for attention impulsivity/hyperactivity (ADD/ADHD), anxiety, mood, behaviour, symptoms of Autism/ASD.

Are you a clinician interested in renting office space? We have limited space available! Please note that we are not a group practice.
Office 1
Bright and calm, this office features a comfortable couch and is suitable for individual and/or couples therapy! Flexible availability. Please contact Laura McArthur-Gupta to inquire.
Office 2
Cozy and inviting, this office features a full play therapy set up and dedicated seating area for couple or family therapy! Available on evenings and weekends for full day/monthly, half day, or hourly rental. Please contact Monika Green at welcome@monikagreen.ca to inquire.
